Welcome to our blog!

We're two moms who have teamed up to document our journey of mindful and conscious living. As parents, we know the struggles of raising kids while being mindful of our impact on the planet. That's why we're always on the lookout for ways to integrate mindfulness into our daily routines, and we want to share our experiences and tips with you!

Our mission is to cultivate self-healing and promote the healing of others, including our peers, friends, and family, through the power of mindfulness learning and sharing. We aim to inspire parents, partners, and singles to embark on a journey of self-discovery and self-care, enabling them to live meaningful and fulfilling lives while positively impacting those around them.

We believe that by making small changes in ourselves, we can create a ripple effect that extends to our children, family, community, and even the Earth. Each conscious choice we make in our everyday lives contributes to the creation of a better world for future generations.

Oanh, is a mom of two and an entrepreneur. Despite the challenges of juggling multiple roles, she strives to lead by example and embrace sustainability for the sake of her children. Oanh is also committed to practicing mindful parenting, cultivating a deeper connection with her children and promoting their emotional well-being.

Tina, a single mother to a wonderful daughter, works as a director in various fields, from coding AIs to crafting children's stories. Despite her busy life, she's dedicated to financial independence and empowering fellow moms to break out of their comfort zones. Tina also practices mindful parenting, creating a safe and supportive space for her daughter to grow and thrive.
